Responsabilités

• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest-obsessed experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leads, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations: scheduling, cash flow, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest-ready standards.
• Uphold food safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Drive overall financial success and meet annual sales targets.
• Cover lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to lead across all hours.
