Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Jr IT Manager to provide daily IT operations support, manage IT projects, and maintain documentation and runbooks. Responsibilities include procurement, asset management, and ensuring compliance with policies across multiple sites.

The role requires a minimum bachelor's degree and 3 years of IT experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for local and out-of-state assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years IT operations or dev-ops experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated intermediate level Microsoft Office proficiency.
• CAPM with IT specialization.
• Proven success leading the delivery of complex IT projects into production environment.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, applications support/development, and cloud technologies.
• Travel to local and out-of-state locations; valid driver's license.
• Can work independently with initiative.
• Provide direct support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and project tasks.
• Provide backup duties for dispatching, schedule coordination, and IT support queue management.
• Enforce policies, standards adherence, and exception handling.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs; participate in required meetings.
• Provide onsite and remote IT assistance for new construction, build outs, and acquisitions.
• Image computers by OEM specifications.
• Create and maintain full project documentation and runbooks.
• Deliver runbooks tested and signed off by project owner.
• Gather and analyze requirements, develop work plans and schedules.
• Capture project information in the GRC platform.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Set milestones, manage delays, and adjust expectations.
• Manage internal resources and coordinate with external project managers.
• Ensure policy adherence and project hand-offs to production.
• Prepare status reports and identify roadblocks; provide training materials.
