Job summary

MB2 Dental seeks a Regional IT Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary IT liaison for MB2 practices within the region. You will manage relationships with practice owners, vendors, and field teams to ensure technology runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating support escalations, hardware refreshes, and HIPAA-compliant data handling, while guiding technology decisions and onboarding for new MB2 partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience in multi-site or healthcare environments.
• Strong client-facing relationships with practice owners.
• Familiarity with dental practice management or imaging software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the regional IT relationship owner between headquarters and partner practices.
• Coordinate technical support, escalations, and vendor actions for your region.
• Lead hardware refreshes and asset replacement per MB2 standards.
• Coordinate outage response and on-site resources to restore operations quickly.
• Manage regional IT vendors and field resources across many locations.
• Support practice management and imaging systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling and secure asset disposal.
• Drive technology decisions and onboarding for new MB2 practices.
• Track IT spend and report progress to IT leadership.
