Orthodontic Experts Ltd in Des Plaines, IL, seeks a Jr IT Manager to support daily IT operations, manage IT projects, and oversee asset management and procurement for multiple locations.

This staff-level, full-time role offers a growth path toward managerial responsibilities. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years IT experience, plus CAPM IT specialization, are preferred; travel to local and out-of-state sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree and 3 years of IT operations, dev-ops, or support.
• Strong documentation, written and verbal communication.
• CAPM with IT specialization.
• Experience leading complex IT projects into production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and projects.
• Provide onsite and remote IT support for construction and acquisitions.
• Image computers per OEM specifications and maintain runbooks.
• Create and maintain technical documents and project status reports.
• Manage procurement, asset inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure policy compliance, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with OEM IT, MSPs, and internal teams.
• Travel to local and out-of-state locations as required.
