MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is actively hiring a Regional IT Operations Coordinator in Carrollton, TX. The role focuses on owning IT relationships with MB2 partner practices, coordinating technical support, and leading hardware refresh projects to keep MB2 standards applied in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

You will partner with practice owners, managers, and IT providers, ensuring security, uptime, and smooth onboarding for new practices. Travel within the region required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in multi-site/healthcare.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills for direct interaction with business owners.
• Working knowledge of servers, workstations, networking, printers, and Windows environments.
• Experience with dental practice management or imaging software preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendors, quotes, and technology purchases.
• HIPAA and healthcare data handling knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities across locations.
• Ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Be the regional IT relationship owner and primary contact between headquarters and partner practices.
• Coordinate technical support and escalations; manage issues through ticketing and field teams.
• Lead hardware lifecycle and technology refresh projects; scope and quote replacements and guide purchases.
• Coordinate outage response and act as regional lead during site-down events.
• Manage regional vendors and field resources; review scopes and oversee third-party providers.
• Support practice management and imaging systems; coordinate with vendors on performance and upgrades.
• Protect patient data; apply MB2 security and HIPAA standards in the field.
• Guide technology decisions with partners on MB2 standards and options.
• Coordinate integration of new practices; onboarding to MB2 systems and support.
• Manage regional IT projects; coordinate with HQ to meet timelines and budgets.
• Track and report regional IT spend and trends to IT leadership.

The Regional IT Operations Coordinator is the face of MB2 IT for the practices in their region. You will be the trusted point of contact for partners and their teams, translating practice needs into action at headquarters and bringing MB2 standards, resources, and vendor relationships to the field. What You Will Do:

• Be the regional IT relationship owner. Serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and partner practices for all IT matters. Build trusted relationships with partners, practice managers, and practice-side IT providers.
• Coordinate technical support and escalations. Own escalated issues for your region through the MB2 ticketing system, work with the service desk and field teams to drive resolution and keep practices informed until the issue is closed.
• Lead hardware lifecycle and technology refresh projects. Assess practice environments, scope and quote replacement servers, workstations, imaging PCs, printers, and network equipment against MB2 standards, and guide purchases through approval and installation.
• Coordinate outage response. Act as the regional lead during site-down events, coordinating on-site resources, vendors, and headquarters teams to restore operations quickly.
• Manage regional vendors and field resources. Develop and coordinate a bench of local IT vendors and technicians, review scopes of work, and oversee third-party providers working within MB2 practices.
• Support practice management and imaging systems. Coordinate with software vendors on performance issues, upgrades, and hardware requirements for platforms such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, as well as dental imaging systems.
• Protect patient data. Apply MB2 security and HIPAA standards in the field, including secure asset handling and compliant disposal of retired equipment.
• Guide technology decisions with partners. Help partners understand MB2 technology standards, cost responsibilities, and available options, and drive decisions to closure.
• Coordinate integration of new practices. Support IT assessments and onboarding activities for practices joining MB2, ensuring a smooth transition to MB2 systems and support.
• Manage regional IT projects. Oversee IT initiatives within your region, coordinating with headquarters project teams to meet timelines and budgets and applying change management practices to minimize disruption.
• Track and report. Monitor regional IT spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report progress, challenges, and trends to IT leadership.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of IT experience, ideally in a multi-site, field, or healthcare environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills with the confidence to work directly with business owners.
• Working knowledge of servers, workstations, networking, printers, and Windows environments.
• Experience with dental practice management or imaging software strongly preferred.
