Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader to support sales and operations in our Frisco, TX store. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

Role involves supervising daily store functions, coaching teammates, maintaining visual standards and ensuring legendary guest service across all areas, including the front, floor and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with merchandise display, store operations and POS procedures.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer focus.
• Maintain visual standards and participate in loss prevention practices.
