Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in College Station is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising and daily store operations.

You'll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and model outstanding guest service. You will execute sales generation, maintain visual standards, train teammates, manage checkout and district communications while upholding Buckle’s policies and code of ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to lead teammates and provide legendary guest service.
• Willingness to learn Buckle policies, processes and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service through personal and team efforts.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Perform POS procedures and manage daily store operations.
• Foster a positive floor culture and uphold Loss Prevention policies.
