Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) for our Henderson, NV dispensary. You will rotate through key operations to develop subject-matter expertise and support leadership in delivering memorable customer experiences.

As part of the leadership team, you will supervise daily operations, coach teammates, manage scheduling, and help drive omni-channel initiatives while preparing for advancement to Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with cannabis laws, rules and regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security and state regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and discount processing.
• Provide coaching and feedback to meet performance expectations.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate sales floor coverage.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Facilitate omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts for supervision and recognition.
