The LIT role rotates through operations, experience, and people, putting you on a fast track to becoming Assistant General Manager while delivering memorable customer experiences. You will supervise daily operations, optimize the customer journey, coach team members, and help drive omni-channel service across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery, all while upholding

Qualifications

At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Cannabis experience preferred
Inventory control experience preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
Must pass required background checks and have valid ID

Responsibilities

Support management in overseeing the fulfillment of dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory accuracy in the vault.
Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regional promotions.
Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee cashier tasks and cash controls.
