Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team in Dauphin County. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions, supervising daily operations, guiding staff, and delivering a premier customer journey. This role accelerates growth toward an Assistant General Manager position.

You will support operations, experience, and people initiatives while advancing loyalty goals and ensuring compliant, efficient store performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Must meet scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends)

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead teammates to execute programs and in-store promotions across channels.
• Provide coaching to improve performance and behavior; support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain scheduling, coverage, and zoning during shifts.
