You will gain subject matter expertise and fast-track toward an Assistant General Manager, with exposure to operations, experience, and people leadership in a dynamic retail cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock movements.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver consistent in-store experiences.
• Manage cash handling and payment processing accurately.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support promotions and customer journeys.
