Qualifications

• At least three years of retail team management experience with POS operations.
• Experience coaching and developing staff to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis industry rules and store compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop team members, including scheduling, coaching and recognition.
• Oversee omni‑channel customer experience across in‑store, drive‑thru, curbside and delivery.
• Drive loyalty and customer retention through service quality and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with GM and community partners to support local initiatives.
