Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Construction Management Associate to assist the Construction Manager across various projects, including General Contracting and Patch/Repair work. You will participate in on-site meetings, develop scopes of work, review proposals and specifications, and help assemble submittals while ensuring safety and contractual compliance.

• Contribute to and validate proposals and specifications.
• Establish milestone dates and project schedules; assist in pre-proposal and construction phases.
• Track project costs, budget variances, and profitability; manage metrics and reporting.
• Review subcontractor documentation and assist in AIA billing and close-out processes.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Estimators, Sales, and RBM as needed.
• Support on-site meetings and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
