Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee delivery of projects, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with program managers and sales teams. Responsibilities include proposals, cost control, scheduling, and ensuring quality and profitability.

The role requires directing project managers and field teams, managing change orders, and maintaining client communication to support Tremco Roofing and Tremco services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing proposals, estimates, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to validate and sign off on proposals and specifications.
• Directs project managers, technicians, and superintendents and handles change orders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and approve proposals and specifications across project phases.
• Set project timelines, budgets, and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, sales support, and customers to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Review bids, approvals, and contract compliance; manage subcontracts and payments.
• Lead scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance activities on projects.
