Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. in Clearwater, FL seeks a Construction Management Associate to support the Construction Manager on multiple projects, from general contracting to repair work.

You will help develop scope, review specifications, assemble submittals, obtain permits, and track progress to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time completion. The role emphasizes coordination with program managers, estimators, and site teams, requiring strong communication and organizational skills, and offering benefits

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel out of town when required.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Open to relocation after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Manager with tracking project costs, budgets and profitability.
• Support in proposing and reviewing specifications and submittals.
• Coordinate with program managers, project estimators, and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with policy and safety requirements.
• Prepare and review proposal documents and AIA billing when required.
