Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Construction Manager Associate to support the Construction Manager across a range of projects, including general contracting and patch and repair work. You will assist with cost tracking, scheduling, documentation, and closeout activities on-site.

You will collaborate with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, and field staff to ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery while maintaining strong client relations and accurate project

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management tasks and project coordination.
• Ability to read, write, and review proposals, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Manager in tracking costs, budget variances, and profitability.
• Review proposals and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders on site.
• Assist in developing scope of work and project schedules.
• Prepare and submit project submittals and closeout documents.
• Support meetings and ensure safety and quality standards.
