Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. seeks a Construction Manager to oversee all projects, coordinating with superintendents and technicians to meet schedule and budget goals while managing subcontractors.

This role also involves participation in proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts, ensuring timely delivery. You will supervise field resources, maintain project schedules, and provide performance reporting to leadership, including daily site visits and QA oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven construction management experience across multiple projects.
• Ability to sign off on proposals, specs, and estimates.
• Understanding of subcontractor agreements and change orders.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project proposals, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Set project timelines, budgets, and monitor variances; ensure profitability.
• Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents on site.
• Approve change orders; authorize subcontractor payments and customer billing.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, sales/support, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
