Job summary

Tremco seeks a Construction Management Associate in Florida to assist the Construction Manager with all project phases from scope development to close-out. You will help review proposals, prepare schedules, and ensure contractual obligations are met across multiple projects.

The role requires travel, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work weekends/holidays if needed. Tremco offers health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management from proposal to close-out.
• Ability to develop scope of work and review specifications.
• Willingness to travel and relocate if needed after program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal and specification development and milestone planning.
• Support pre-proposal, construction, and close-out activities.
• Track project costs, budgets, and profitability with the Construction Manager.
• Coordinate with project teams and manage project schedules and submittals.
• Attend on-site and virtual meetings and ensure compliance with requirements.
