Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager Junior Associate to train across Roofing and WTI while pursuing a construction management degree through the RISE program with The University of Akron.

The role includes hands‑on site work and exposure to project management, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and client support. The program requires a minimum 2.0 GPA, offers comprehensive training in QC, estimating, spec writing, CM admin, and field services, and emphasizes safe work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Currently earning a degree in Construction Management, Construction Building Engineering, Construction Technology, Project Management or Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair various roofing systems on job sites.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely per OSHA guidelines.
• Support project management with cost estimates, schedules, and proposals.
• Assist in GC and larger-scale projects, coordination with Tremco teams.
• Contribute to QC activities, warranty tracking, and service support.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members.
