Job Description

Tremco Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of products for the construction and new building maintenance markets and a division of RPM. Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with proven experience in managing commercial construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

The role involves overseeing jobsite safety, resolving project issues, coordinating between subcontractors and owner operations, maintaining quality standards, managing project costs, and reporting on project status to ensure owner satisfaction.

Requirements include 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman, ability to maintain project records, and effective communication with owners, subcontractors, and management. Travel is required.

Additional duties include developing and enforcing safety plans, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and supporting sales efforts. Responsibilities also encompass sales and service support, field resource management, and customer communication.

Essential skills include knowledge of general building standards, scheduling, shop drawing review, OSHA 10 Hour Certification, construction management tasks, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in email, web, MS Word, and MS Excel is required.

The hourly rate ranges from $20 to $33, depending on qualifications and operational needs.
