Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Project Administrator in Beachwood, OH, a hybrid role supporting the Eastern Division. Qualifications

• 4-7 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Validate, organize, and ensure compliance for project documentation and financial processes.
• Dispatch service orders to WTI Technicians and provide field reports to streamline daily reporting.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, customers and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare customer invoices with accuracy, adhere to pricing methods and billing requirements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting with accurate financial data.
