Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Administrator to support multiple regions in a 100% remote role. You will collaborate with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and change orders.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years of project administration/management experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage complex documents and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Business Management/Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-7 years related experience and/or training in project administration/management or construction accounting.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Validate, organize, and ensure compliance for all project documentation and financial processes.
• Dispatch service orders to technicians and provide field reports links to streamline daily reporting.
• Track time, expenses, and costs; manage payables over 30 days and monitor budget alignment.
