Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Construction Management Associate - HVAC to support planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC construction projects. You will work with construction managers, project managers, superintendents, and technicians to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role includes subcontractor coordination, cost tracking, and documentation, with exposure across the full project lifecycle from concept to closeout. 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a construction-related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction, HVAC/mechanical contracting, or related project support role.
• Mechanical or construction-related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, review, and coordination of project proposals and specifications under the direction of senior project staff.
• Support project activities during all phases, including conceptual, planning, design, pre-bid, construction, and closeout.
• Help track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones and identify risks or delays.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining cost estimates, job cost reports, and schedule updates.
• Support the use of eBuilder for project documentation in accordance with company policy.
• Help collect, organize, and review subcontractor documentation, including submittals, insurance certificates, and lien waivers.
• Monitor project cost and budget performance and elevate concerns to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
• Support Quality Assurance processes by assisting with documentation, inspections, and corrective action tracking.
• Help verify subcontractor compliance with executed agreements, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assist with issuing notifications related to missing documentation, submittals, or other compliance issues.
• Support field teams with coordination, materials tracking, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management, and Resource Management as directed.
• Participate in project meetings and assist with meeting notes, follow-ups, and action items.
