Qualifications

• Preferred Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with programming languages (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms preferred.
• Ability to travel out of state up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and commercial development of projects.
• Serve as internal gatekeeper for project feasibility.
• Develop clear scopes of work for restoration projects.
• Produce conceptual budgets and ROM estimates.
• Validate project assumptions for successful proposals.
• Support national account programs across various sectors.
• Develop standardized preconstruction workflows.
