The successful candidate will possess a preferred Mechanical Engineering degree, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, and experience with programming languages and cloud-based platforms. Qualifications
Preferred Mechanical Engineering degree.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with programming languages (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred.
Experience with cloud-based platforms preferred.
Ability to travel out of state up to 50%.
Responsibilities
Lead technical and commercial development of projects.
Serve as internal gatekeeper for project feasibility.
Develop clear scopes of work for restoration projects.
Produce conceptual budgets and ROM estimates.
Validate project assumptions for successful proposals.
Support national account programs across various sectors.
Develop standardized preconstruction workflows.
