Job summary

You'll support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision, handle rent processing, and contribute to retention efforts and events, with an emphasis on Fair Housing compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred).
• 1+ years leasing, sales, or property management experience.
• Strong communicator with organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using property management systems.
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to make an impact.
• Licensed to drive, insured, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
