Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Saint Augustine, FL. This role will support leasing, operations, and supervision while preparing to lead a community. You’ll drive resident relations, ensure rental processing, and uphold high standards in service and compliance.

The position offers growth into leadership with weekends availability and a strong emphasis on teamwork and resident experience within our multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
• Strong communicator with organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to make an impact.
• Licensed to drive and able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards
