Arlington Properties in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, operations, and team supervision at a multifamily community.

You will help drive leasing success, train and guide staff, and foster strong resident relations while ensuring service standards and Fair Housing compliance. A strong communicator with 1+ years in leasing or property management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with property management systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
