Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and supervise coworkers' sales activities.
• Oversee and direct collections and account management as needed.
• Lead store operations to protect assets and manage inventory and pricing.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop coworkers for exceptional customer service.
