The position offers a full-time schedule with a consistent routine and weekly pay, alongside benefits and a path through RAC’s Store Manager Development Program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Computer literacy in store operation applications.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record; you will drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and supervise store sales activities.
• Oversee collections follow-ups, approvals, and training for compliance.
• Manage profits, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and store security.
• Recruit, train, and develop coworkers for exceptional customer service.
