Job summary

HDR is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician I to perform entry‑level technical services for right‑of‑way projects. You will handle administrative duties, property research, management, and oversight for consultants, while supporting the RES team with document prep and client reporting.

The role requires experience with spreadsheets/databases, strong attention to detail, and proactive task follow‑up. Familiarity with GIS and real estate processes is beneficial.

Qualifications

• General background‑related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, or mortgage lending.
• GIS and database familiarity.
• High school diploma and some college or equivalent experience.
