Job summary

HDR is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician I to perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects and support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, spreadsheet/database work, and client reporting, with GIS or database familiarity considered a plus. Local candidates are preferred, and a pre-employment drug test is required.

Qualifications

• General background-related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending.
• Local candidates preferred.
• High school diploma and some college or equivalent experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed.
• Provide technical services including administrative duties, property research, and ordering title.
• Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed.
• Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills; industry experience beneficial.
• Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry.
• Perform other duties as needed.
