Qualifications

• MS Office Suite experience is required.
• Background experience in title, paralegal, real estate, or mortgage lending is beneficial.
• GIS and database familiarity are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed.
• Provide technical services including administrative duties, property research, and ordering title.
• Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed.
• Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills.
