Job summary

You’ll work with the land manager to prepare acquisition packages, track data exports, and maintain file integrity in accordance with project procedures. Experience with title documents and database tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real property related field preferred or paralegal certification.
• Experience reading title documents and managing land records.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, and document generation.

Responsibilities

• Manage land files and generate documentation per right of way procedures.
• Ensure accuracy of all right of way data exports and reports.
• Assist in producing acquisition cost totals and forecasts.
• Maintain electronic copies of landowner documents per procedures.
