Kith Fusion is seeking a Rift Experience Agent for The Rift in Provo, Utah. This role blends guest hosting, game-mastering, and light tech support to keep the experience running smoothly from check-in to close.

You’ll welcome guests, guide them through the AR adventure, and troubleshoot basic tech while maintaining an immersive atmosphere. The position offers part-time hours, starting pay, tips, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of customer-facing work experience.
• Supervisory or shift-lead experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable handling cash and card transactions.
• Comfortable working alone and independently managing the venue when scheduled as the only employee on-site.
• Reliable and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with immersive entertainment, escape rooms, arcades, or related venues.

Responsabilidades

• Create a great guest experience by welcoming guests and guiding their adventure.
• Introduce guests to The Rift and maintain immersive atmosphere.
• Coach guests through the technology, app, gameplay, and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage front desk operations: check-ins, walk-ins, reschedules, groups, and daily bookings.
• Handle transactions accurately, including purchases, refunds, and till counts.
• Open, close, and maintain the venue, including resets and restocking.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs to the development team.
• Take ownership to solve problems and improve venue operations.
• Help train new team members and coordinate with mall management as needed.
