SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic maintenance professionals to join our team as Ambassadors focused on ride maintenance and safety. You will troubleshoot and repair rides, lead a team, and plan daily workloads while ensuring clean, safe work areas.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and customer enjoyment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize electronic knowledge and troubleshooting skills as related to all rides
• Be a team leader, setting good examples for team members in promoting safety
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all rides
• Organize and plan daily workload of team; supervise all work performance of technicians
• Keep working areas neat, clean, and tidy
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required
