Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated maintenance professionals to join our team as Ambassadors focused on park-wide electrical and rides maintenance in Orlando, FL. This role involves troubleshooting, inspections, safety compliance, and supporting facility operations to keep attractions running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED accepted), hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to certify in AIMS/NAARSO and CPO/AFO within a year, and

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to certify in AIMS or NAARSO within one year.
• Ability to certify as Pool Operator or Aquatics Facility Operator within one year.
• Valid driver’s license and DMV record.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Strong customer service and guest interaction.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings.
• Experience with electrical wiring and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring/devices and controls.
• Maintain facilities including carpentry, plumbing, and equipment repairs.
• Inspect slides and water attractions daily and track maintenance.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and maintain documentation.
