SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment LLC partners with Sesame Place to provide a welcoming guest experience while maintaining safe and reliable attractions. Ambassadors perform essential inspections, preventative maintenance, and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, can operate basic hand tools, and pass ride competency tests. Flexibility for varying hours, including weekends and holidays, is required to support park operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain park driver license.
• Ability to pass ride competency tests and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily ride inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Provide excellent service to guests and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
