Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in San Diego seeks enthusiastic Ambassadors to help operate and maintain attractions safely while delivering excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include daily ride inspections, preventative maintenance, and assisting with troubleshooting mechanical and pneumatic systems.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, the ability to work with diverse guests, and a valid California driver's license. Tools ownership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have and maintain a valid California driver's license.
• Provide own set of tools and secure storage.
• Pass Company Vehicle Driver Training and obtain SWC driver’s license.
• Able to interact positively with guests and staff of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily ride inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Provide excellent service to guests and team members.
• Maintain safety practices and PPE usage.
