Hertz Local Edition in Harvey, LA seeks a Sales and Service Specialist to deliver the fastest, easiest rental experience for Lyft and Uber drivers. As a brand ambassador, you will assist customers with reservations, rentals, and billing while ensuring clean, safe vehicles are ready for pickup.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with reservations, rentals and billing; ensure vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and requirements.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by upselling after inquiries and handling objections.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup, including inspection, cleaning and fueling as needed.
