Job summary

Dutch Wonderland is seeking a Rides Lead Supervisor to support the Rides Manager in delivering a safe, engaging guest experience across park attractions. You will coach and backfill ride operators, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with park policies and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ season in a rides department, complete the iROC course during training, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ season of work experience in the Rides Department is required.
• iROC certification after training is required (no cost to you).
• Fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the rides team daily and mentor assigned members.
• Backfill ride positions when needed and assist with scheduling.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to park policies and procedures.
• Participate in new-hire orientation and training activities for rides staff.
• Monitor guest feedback and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
