Job summary

Qualifications

• Must ensure safety by enforcing SOPs and directing actions during emergencies.
• Supervise Ride Operators; provide coaching and conduct evaluations.
• Resolve guest concerns and coordinate inter-department actions.
• Adjust labor levels based on attendance and sales to meet cost goals.
• Review department paperwork and reports.
• Provide guest service per Cedar Fair standards during guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety of guests and employees by enforcing policies in SOP manual; directs actions during emergencies and resolves concerns.
• Supervises daily performance of Ride Operators; coaches, disciplines, and evaluates staff.
• Responds to guest concerns quickly and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Makes daily labor adjustments based on attendance and sales to meet goals.
• Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly department paperwork and reports.
• Provides guest service as per Cedar Fair standards and guides subordinates in guest interactions.
