Blue Flame Propane, Inc. in Pewamo, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Pewamo Bulk Plant.

You will professionally handle customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions, and complaints, and assist customers at the counter. Responsibilities include processing orders, posting payments, reconciling deposits, filing documents, greeting visitors, and supporting the office team as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication, friendly, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions, and complaints with professionalism.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Process customer orders and post payments daily.
• Reconcile daily deposits and file/scan documents.
• Greet visitors and direct inquiries as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Customer Service Representative

Blue Flame Propane, Inc. seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Pewamo Bulk Plant.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionalism in handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions, and complaints.


• Assist customers at the counter.


• Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled)


• Process customer orders.


• Posting payments daily in the computer system.


• Reconcile daily deposits.


• Filing and scanning documents.


• Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).


• If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
