Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Territory Account Specialist to lead with purpose in a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts across your assigned geography. You will be the primary contact, build relationships, drive demand, and coordinate access and patient support with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pharma or related field, and the ability to travel 60–80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college.
• 5 years in pharma/healthcare or similar complex sales within last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across territory.
• Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Build strategic territory plan aligning priorities to drive demand.
• Partner with field teams to address customer needs and deliver access support.
• Apply market knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond to challenges.
• Leverage territory data to uncover insights and lead customer engagements.
• Plan stakeholder sessions to solve complex challenges and collaborate to meet customer needs.
• Deliver real-time access support with PSS for seamless customer experience.
• Engage customers via omni-channel strategies in virtual or in-person settings.
