Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to cover Albuquerque, Phoenix, and Tucson markets in a full-time role. The TBM will drive demand, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

This role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, reports to the Business Leader, and aligns with argenx compliance policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance against objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.
• Reside within the assigned market/territory.
