Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Sales professional to execute brand strategy, drive sales performance, and manage a defined territory around Center City Philadelphia, Langhorne, Blue Bell and Willow Grove. You will build strong customer relationships and solve patient-centric needs while adhering to AbbVie's standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health/science or business and at least five years of pharma/health experience, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in health/science or business fields.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales with a strong track record.
• Proven selling skills, excellent presentation abilities and adaptability.
• Ability to obtain HCIR credentials and meet regulatory requirements.
• English language proficiency for communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs while meeting financial targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives; evaluate post-call outcomes.
• Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and coverage in key accounts.
• Share market insights with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers.
