Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and maintain records.
• Greet and assist patients; respond to routine inquiries.
• Manage calls, scheduling, and message routing.
• Process billing forms and scan documents into EPIC.
• Request medical records and laboratory results.
• Distribute mail and faxes; prepare routine correspondence.
• Collect patient co-payments as needed.
• Handle prior authorizations-related messages and refills.
• Serve as an EPIC Super User for scheduling, registration, billing.
