Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Rheumatologist for a full-time role in Mattoon, IL, with a collaborative regional network and mid-level support. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• Internal Medicine Residency followed by a Rheumatology Fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Active Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility)
• Valid DEA registration
• Interpersonal and collaborative team approach

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative rheumatologic care for autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases
• Coordinate patient care across a regional network
• Collaborate within a team-based care model with physicians and APPs
• Customize schedule from traditional 5-day week to 4-day condensed week
• Manage limited clinical call duties and review critical lab values
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records and infusions
