ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a premier regional healthcare network in Mattoon, Illinois.

The role offers a highly collaborative practice design with a regional hub and mid-level support to maximize clinical throughput and work-life balance. You will enjoy a flexible schedule from a traditional 5-day week to a condensed 4-day option, plus generous to complete benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
• Internal Medicine residency followed by Rheumatology fellowship required
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility, and DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative rheumatologic care for autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.
• Coordinate patient care and rotation across a regional network.
• Collaborate within a team-based care model with physicians and APPs.
• Customize your schedule, choosing between traditional Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00 and an optional 4-day week.
• Manage minor clinical call responsibilities focused on critical lab value reviews.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for encounters and infusions.
