Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting in recruiting a full-time Rheumatologist for a premier regional healthcare facility in Mattoon, Illinois.

This BC/BE role offers a base compensation of $350,000 per year, with production bonuses and a high-quality incentive program as the practice scales within an organized regional network. The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with an optional 4-day work week and regional hub coverage.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Internal Medicine Residency with Rheumatology Fellowship.
• BC/BE in Rheumatology and active IL license or immediate eligibility.
• DEA registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rheumatology care for autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.
• Coordinate patient care across a regional network.
• Collaborate with a physician team and APPs in a team-based model.
• Offer flexible scheduling, including 5-day week or 4-day condensed week.
