Job summary

United Future is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join a collaborative regional network centered in Mattoon, Illinois. You will provide comprehensive rheumatology care within a well-organized system and have the option of a 4-day work week or a traditional 5-day schedule.

The role offers a base compensation of $350,000 per year with production bonuses, extensive benefits, relocation assistance, and tail coverage, aiming for excellent work-life balance and patient

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited school.
• Completion of Internal Medicine Residency followed by Rheumatology Fellowship.
• Active, unrestricted IL license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rheumatologic care for autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.
• Coordinate patient care across a regional network.
• Collaborate within a team-based care model with APPs.
• Offer flexible scheduling, from traditional 5-day weeks to a 4-day condensed week.
